What will I need to spray SL&C Bedliner?

Answer:

This depends entirely on the type of coating you are applying. Our basic DIY poly-hybrid coatings require minimal equipment (hopper or HVLP gun, 5 cfm compressor, 110 psi, basic supplies).  Our DIY and business startup poly hybrid products can be applied with any and all hopper sprayers, or pressure pot systems. Even Schutz guns or cheap rollers can be used (although not recommended).

The various other equipment used for pure polyurea dealer products include high and low pressure GRACO systems along with similar PMC and WIWA systems. The less-known copies of these companies (usually proprietary competitors’ systems) are used for dealership-type or professional grade.

Similar to professional grade is SL&C professional grade polyurea cartridge packages for entry level polyurea application. This equipment includes cartridge system spray gun along with required air dryer, 10 cfm compressor, air dryer, full body suit along with full face mask (preferably with fresh air supply).
