I have powder coated a lot of stuff but my oven is not big enough to put a whole car into.

Answer:

No need to bake any of these products. Temperature of 70 degrees or more is recommended, and any of our products will cure faster at higher temps, but all will cure without any baking required. Simply put in a garage and add a couple heat lamps if you are in a hurry to move the vehicle out.

Powder coating of the surface to prepare it is not required. Standard primers recommended for your bare metal are sufficient.
