I have an rv that needs a new rubber layer on the roof. Will It adhere to plywood?

Answer:

Yes… you can apply SL&C coatings over wood if the wood is dry and free of oil or contaminants. This is presuming the wood is not dry rotted as well. Remember… any coating will only adhere as well as the  surface it is applied to. We do recommend using a quality primer first to ensure proper adhesion and coverage, or applying a thin coat of our products to seal before applying a thick layer.
