Can this be applied on chrome bumpers ?

We generally recommend to not apply any coating to chrome (and it is hit or miss on galvanized surfaces). Some customers have indicated success by sanding the chrome with 180 grit sandpaper and then spraying with an etching primer. They report this works, but we would highly recommend you try it on a scrap item first since chrome is problematic at best.
