In response to your inquiry regarding a Lime Green bedliner… Yes, we can provide this color for your truck or other coating need.
The color options are generally a 2 step process where you first apply a light grey bedliner to get the high build and texture desired, then topcoat with the colored bedliner which consists only of the liquids. This process provides the most economical method of gaining both the bedliner thickness for protection, and the custom color for the end product which is also made of bedliner grade coating, not just auto paint.
A second option for those who would like to add less of the rugged durability of a thick bedliner is to apply only the color coat bedliner material. While the finished product will be less thick, it will still be more than 10 times as thick as painting the truck bed.

The first application would not require priming on the surfaces you identified, since the basecoat would establish a uniform color. For the second option, we would recommend first priming the surface to establish a uniform color.
