You vary the texture using the hopper gun controls, air pressure, and using the coarser powdered products on the bedliner for a more textured surface. You would use the finer powder and a finer spray technique on the exterior to make a smoother finish.

You can also topcoat just the areas you want smooth using no powders to get an even smoother end result or add a color top coat.
