What is the difference between heated verses non-heated hose?

Answer:

Heating is done on some of the higher priced proportioners if you plan to make the 20k – 40k investment. Heating is done in order to accelerate the cure process. Typically, this can mean that the product will cure up to 80% of its final cure within minutes, so the vehicle can be put into service almost immediately after application. Same material without heating can be subjected to weather within an hour or so depending on the product, but should be allowed to cure properly (generally a day or two) before putting to service. Our multi-part products with simple application equipment will take longer to properly cure.
